प्राथमिक व उच्च प्राथमिक स्कूलों में अध्यापकों की भर्ती के लिए अनिवार्य की गई शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा 13 नवंबर को होगी। इसके लिए आवेदन पत्र पंजाब नेशनल बैंक की सभी शाखाओं में 26 सितंबर से उपलब्ध हो जाएंगे।

After implementation of the Right to Education Act in all over country, it has made mandatory to organize TET in all states. So, Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad is going to organise UP Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET 2011) for the recruitment of Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools of state. UPTET 2011 will be organized on 13th November, 2011.

UPTET will be organise for the recruitment of 80,000 teachers in Uttar Pradesh for filling up the vacant posts in the state schools. On Wednesday (07/09/2011) Uttar Pradesh Government insturcted and ordered President & Secratary of Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh (UP Board) to organise the UPTET in the month of November. Candidates who will qualify the TET will be eligible for the recruitment in the Primary and Secondary Schools of state, working under State Government/Basic Education Board/Secondary Education Board/National Education Board.
Educational Qualification for UPTET 2011 :- 
  • For Class I to V :- 10+2 or its equivalent with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education or 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed.) OR 1 year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
  • For Class VI to VIII :- Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, BCA) with 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (BTC/CT – Nursery) OR 2 years Nursery Teacher Training OR Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET 2011) Application Form Cost :-  Rs. 500/- for General and OBC Candidates, Rs. 250/- for SC/ST Candidates, NIL for Physically Handicapped Candidates (Examination Fee Includes in Cost of Application Form).
How to Apply for UPTET 2011 :- 

  • Candidates can obtain (buy) Information Bulletin/Brouchers and Application Form of UPTET 2011 from any branch of Punjab National Bank (PNB) from 26th September, 2011.
  • After holding the application form read it carefully and fill the application form as per instructions. The filled application form must be Send by registered post or Submit to the Office of Zonal Education Directorate on or before last date.
Note :- Detailed notification of UPTET 2011 will be published through the Regional and National Newspapers and also on the official website of UP Board after the issuance of Time-Table (Examination Schedule) of UPTET 2011. Time Table of UPTET may be issued in the 3rd week of September (25th September, 2011).
